Infiknit Guarantee, how does it work? 

If you have an issue, follow the steps provided by Stance and they will replace them:

You'll need to send an email with the subject line “Infiknit Guarantee” to cs@stance.ca And you'll need to include the following information:

- Your first and last name

- Your order number or picture of your purchase receipt

- Your shipping address

- Photos of all the information on the inside cuff of the sock. If the item is INFIKNIT it will have the logo on the inside cuff. If you do not see the logo this item is not INFIKNIT and falls under the standard 30 day warranty.
