Return & Refund Policy
Return delays and conditions
We offer a 2 months return policy. If the product(s) the customer want to return is in a new resell-able condition, we'll take it back.
We'll just need the customer to provide us with the original order number. So be sure to have it in hand when returning it in person or to include it in the box when shipping it back.
Shipping back product(s)
Shipping fees for returns are assumed by the customer except if the return is due to a mistake on our side.
If we made a mistake, we'll provide the customer with a return label to send it back. As soon as we receive the product(s) back, we'll carry out the refund.
Shipping fees are not considered as a product, as such, a re-stocking fee of 15$ will be deducted from the original order for any products that is being sent back to us for a refund.
For product exchange, the additional handling will be sent in form of an invoice by e-mail.
In-Store Return
You can always bring back your order in store, we'll just need the original order receipt.
For a refund, a 15$ restocking fee (equivalent to our flat shipping fee) will apply.
For an exchange of equivalent products, there will be no re-stocking fee.
What is considered a «resell-able condition» ?
We need to be able to resell the product(s) as brand new. There's no need for it to be in the original box.
If the product(s) you want to return has been modified by us before shipping as per your demand or acceptance, we will not take it back.
