Return delays

We offer a 2 months return policy. If the product(s) you want to return is in a new resell-able condition, we'll take it back.

We'll just need your order number. So be sure to have it in hand when returning it at one of our shops or to include it in the box when shipping it back.

What is considered a «resell-able condition» ?

We need to be able to resell the product(s) as brand new. There's no need for it to be in the original box. 

If the product(s) you want to return has been modified by us before shipping as per your demand or acceptance, we will not take it back. 

We made a mistake in your order?

If you want to return the concerned product(s), we'll provide you with a return label to send it back. As soon as we receive the product(s) back, we'll refund you.

You want to return the product(s) in person? 

You can come to one of our shops and we'll take care of it. Check out our contact page for addresses. 

Where to return my order by mail?

You can send it back to the sender address, which will be one of our shops. If you can find it, just send it back to our Montreal shop:
