TUNGLOK DECK INTEGRATION (TDI)™ – PATENT #8,528,921
TDI™ is a system of compatibility. This system was designed so that the Deck and Neck (Headtube) are separate components that are mated together utilizing a tongue and groove system with bolts to keep everything tight; eliminating the need for welding. The TDI™ system allows for interchangeable “NEX™” & “DEX™” allowing for unlimited customization of Deck Length, Deck Width and Headtube Angle. When your DEX™ wear out on a TDI™ System you only need to replace DEX™ itself instead of the entire Neck/Deck assembly like a welded “one-piece” Deck. NEX™ have an indefinite lifespan and only need to be replaced if you want to try a different Headtube angle or color.
